FixOnTheRemote provides remote technical support services for computers and devices. Services are provided on a time-based billing system with transparent pricing.

2. Payment Terms

• Minimum charge: 30 minutes
• Grace period: Up to 15 minutes free when the issue is near completion
• Additional time requires customer approval before charges
• Unused time converts to 30-day credit
• No-fix, no-fee guarantee in the first 15 minutes

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the technical issue
• Maintain a stable internet connection during the session
• Back up important data before the session
• Grant necessary permissions for remote access

4. Privacy & Security

We use end-to-end encryption for all remote sessions. Your data is secure and we only see what you allow us to see on your screen. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for data loss or system damage. We recommend backing up your data before any support session.
